Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. This includes verifying your payment and preparing the items for shipment.

Shipping: After processing, your order will be dispatched. You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Orders within our delivery regions in Hyderabad are typically delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Expedited Shipping: If you choose expedited shipping, your order will be prioritized and delivered within 1-2 business days after dispatch.


Delivery Areas

We currently deliver only to specific regions within Hyderabad. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to areas outside of Hyderabad at this time. Please enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm if we service your area.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make a maximum of two attempts to deliver your order. If the order cannot be delivered after two attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. We will then contact you to arrange a re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.

Order Modifications

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within certain regions of Hyderabad.
